... And Bootlegs For All

Megadeth - Live in Mexico City, Mexico, 2000

Venue: Mexico Sports Palace: Mexico City, Mexico
 Date: July 15, 2000
 Time: 62:51
 Size: 1 CD

Sound: AUD, B, 2nd gen copy from master
Notes: Enormous thanxx to David and Alex for digging this recording out! The recording itself is OK. The taper seemed either to be in the mosh pit or constantly moving around - the sound is floating a bit. Another thing - the sound is quite distant, the venue seems to be quite huge, so Dave sounds quite far from the taper. ‘Holy Wars’ is almost entirely missing. 'Trust' lacks a small part in the beginning.
The show itself is infamous for Motley Crew, who were to play the last slot there left the stage after a couple of songs. The whole story can be read here - just scroll down and read. It seems like it was one of the first times Megadeth ever performed ‘Kill The King’ live! This recording is really rare so far! So it’s rare trades!
