... And Bootlegs For All

Megadeth - Live in Syracuse, NY, USA, 1986

Venue: Lost Horizons: Syracuse, NY, USA
 Date: November 14, 1986
 Time: 47:05
 Size: 1 CD

 Sound: AUD, B+
Notes: Very good sound. Dave gives a huge spoken intro to 'Conjuring'. 1 gen tape>EAC>CD>FLAC>CD. Here's a comment from one of the guys who was at the show: "Ah...the good old days! The Lost Horizon was "the" club in Syracuse, NY. It was host to everyone who was anyone in the hard rock/metal scene. Famous for its support beam--the pole--sitting smack dab in the front-center of the stage. The strippers weren't the only ones to work that pole. Every damn lead singer grasped, held, swung on that pole. Anyway, the opening act was a local speed metal band called Sacred Death. They were the class of local bands at that time. It was not uncomman to find other band's in town to catch another national act passing through. This gig was typical Mustaine for the time period--drunk as hell. The music didn't seem to suffer much. This was one of my first metal shows."
